Retail Makeup Specialist

As a skilled makeup professional, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our retail team. About the Role
This casual position is ideal for those with a passion for cosmetics and makeup who are eager to develop their skills and expertise. You will have a strong focus on achieving targets and providing excellent customer service, while also contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and contribute to the overall teams sales results as per set targets and promotional launches.
- Ensure that all customers are provided the DREAM standards of service.
- Maintain a high level of personal and store presentation in line with prestige standards.
Requirements
- Previous Retail experience in high turnover store is preferred.
- Certificate, Diploma and/or Industry experience.
