About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Gardening and Maintenance team as a Gardener. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gardening services to meet the needs of our clients living in their own homes and our retirement village spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of gardening services to meet client needs, including lawn and garden maintenance, pruning, planting, mulching, and fertilizing.
  • Work with clients to provide excellent customer service and ensure their needs are met.
  • Deliver services that are connected, personalized, considerate, and caring.
  • Share your skills and knowledge with others to support their learning and development.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of gardening or nursery experience, or a Cert III in Parks and Gardens or Horticulture.
  • A sound knowledge and experience of using gardening equipment.
  • The ability to work independently under limited supervision.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Current Australian driver's license.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or be willing to obtain one).
  • A registered, well-maintained, reliable, and insured vehicle.
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
  • Good computer literacy, familiar with basic computer software, including email, word, and outlook.
  • Ability to operate smartphones and apps, such as Microsoft Outlook.
