Job Opportunity: Team Leader/Casual Gardener/Landscaper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader/Casual Gardener/Landscaper to join our team at Jims Mowing Oaklands Pk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our gardening crew and ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of gardening professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and on time
  • Develop and implement effective work plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial gardening experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills:

  • Chainsaw certification
  • Working from heights certification
  • Police and DCSI clearance
  • Arborist/tree climber certification
  • Landscaping skills, including artificial turf, paving, fencing, irrigation, and small machine servicing
