Ten Tops Team Member Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Ten Tops Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our store.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role involves a variety of tasks, including:
  • Adhering to all standard operating procedures and policies
  • Responsible for all communications applicable to their assigned area
  • Assists in merchandising procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining assigned area
  • Delivers exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers
  • Receiving Deliveries and management of invoicing/paperwork
  • Checking off stock to invoice
  • Stocking Shelves and Displays
  • Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, cleaning, maintaining stock room
  • Strong culture of safety at all times including the correct use of carton cutter, ladders & trolleys

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated understanding and willingness to provide excellence in customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinking
  • Cash handling experience including balancing of cash register
  • Solid numeracy skills
