As a gardener, you will maintain the upkeep on the lawns and gardens surrounding our hospitals. To be successful in this role, you must consistently demonstrate behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation: Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.
- Demonstrate these behaviours with all stakeholders, including colleagues, direct reports, patients, consumers, and those who care for them.
- Hold a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Have a current NSW drivers licence.
- Display effective communication and interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of high standards of customer service.
