**About the role**

As a Team Leader at Green by Nature, you will oversee and manage day to day operations within your specialist team. Lead from the front to ensure the enhancement of green spaces across multiple commercial, council and government controlled open spaces.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team
- Schedule and prioritise tasks and direct team activities
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team
- Conduct regular inspections to assess site condition, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates
- Actively participate in team tasks alongside your team
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and arrange for repairs as needed

**About You**

You will be a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
- Qualifications in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or relevant field highly desirable
- Strong team leadership experience
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
- White Card
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Valid Drivers' license.
