Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective implementation of security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with executive teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business sponsors and external delivery partners
- Provide strategic guidance on security-related matters, including risk management and compliance
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a leadership role managing cyber security, risk, and/or related security leadership roles
- Proven ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work effectively with executive and senior leadership teams
- Outstanding communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively and persuasively with a wide range of stakeholders
