Job Opportunity

We are seeking a medical services coordinator to provide exceptional support to our patients and referrers.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient service by answering phone calls, managing appointment calendars, providing accurate prep, quotes and appointment times, billing patients, processing invoices to Medicare, and operating an EFTPOS machine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and referrers
  • Answer phone calls and maintain appointment calendars
  • Ensure patients receive a streamlined service with correct information and timely appointments
  • Process payments, manage invoices, and operate EFTPOS machines
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our practice
