Medical Services Coordinator

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate client-focused business services for medical assessments and advice. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, including scheduling appointments, preparing medical files, and providing administrative support.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of consultant appointments to maximize booking rates.
- Work closely with clients to implement agreed services and meet their requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive medical files for scheduled appointments to ensure effective completion by consultants.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to consultants to deliver their services efficiently.
- Offer expert information and advice to clients to develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with consultants and reporting teams to produce accurate reports and achieve timely releases.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and foster a positive work culture.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:- Proven track record of delivering excellent client service and satisfaction.
- Understanding of case management practices for independent medical reports is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong prioritization and flexibility to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
