- Develop and deliver emergency response training programs, incorporating contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training sessions.
- Contribute to the development of assessment tools to manage ongoing skills and competency maintenance.
- Oversee the Fire Development Program, facilitating succession planning for fire management needs.
- Coordinate and deliver formal training across various locations.
- Diploma of Public Safety (Emergency Management) or higher qualification.
- Certificate III in Public Safety (Firefighting and Emergency Operations).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Diploma of Vocational Education & Training desirable).
- Specialized certifications in Respond to Aviation Incident (general) and Respond to Aviation incident (specialist).
- Advanced First Aid or higher qualification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Defence baseline security clearance and Australian Citizenship.
