Emergency Response Training Specialist

  • Contribute to the development of assessment tools to manage ongoing skills and competency maintenance.
  • Oversee the Fire Development Program, facilitating succession planning for fire management needs.
  • Coordinate and deliver formal training across various locations.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Public Safety (Emergency Management) or higher qualification.
  • Certificate III in Public Safety (Firefighting and Emergency Operations).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Diploma of Vocational Education & Training desirable).
  • Specialized certifications in Respond to Aviation Incident (general) and Respond to Aviation incident (specialist).
  • Advanced First Aid or higher qualification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Defence baseline security clearance and Australian Citizenship.
