The Associate Director of Engagement and Programs is a key role in driving student recruitment through digital channels and immersive marketing to boost engagement and enrolments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic direction of the Early Entry Program, driving innovation in digital recruitment and loyalty initiatives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to position the Early Entry Program as a loyalty-based program.
- Manage allocated resources for staffing, expenditure, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute a digital strategy to improve reach and effectiveness of student recruitment efforts.
- Identify and integrate new technologies and digital tools to amplify recruitment reach, improve engagement, and optimize operations while building relationships with stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing and implementing student recruitment strategies, with a focus on loyalty-based programs and digital engagement.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies, including CRM systems, data analytics, and online engagement platforms.
- Experience in creating and executing immersive marketing activations from concept to implementation.
- Creativity and flexibility to generate innovative ideas to solve complex problems within the role scope.
