Electrical Service Professional

Improve operational efficiency and eliminate pain points for industrial customers through hands-on technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Perform field service tasks, analyze technical issues, and develop solutions through remote or on-site activity in certified service categories and products.
  • Prepare material lists for service activities and ensure all necessary materials are available and of appropriate quality.
  • Provide training and support to field service associates and customers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Valid Electrical Fitter License.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience with a strong focus on hands-on skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to remote and international sites.
  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience providing technical support and services with a demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
