Sales Director for Co-Working Business

As a Sales Director for our Co-Working Business, you will be responsible for achieving optimal occupancy for existing sites and a new site launching later in the year. Your duties will include prospecting via brokers, cold calling, social media outreach, networking events, managing inbound leads, and executing strategic sales plans to maximize business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out prospecting and manage existing leads
- Run the entire sales process from qualification to close
- Work closely with the Member Relations team to optimize member onboarding and experience
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Be a brand ambassador and attend networking events to build a database of potential clients and partners
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales-related fields in Sydney
- Self-starter with high energy and a proven track record in prospecting and closing sales
- Experience in customer service and relationship building
- Good communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia and live within an easy commute of Sydney CBD
