Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coffee Connoisseur to lead our training and education initiatives for our renowned coffee brands.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering captivating training content that showcases our commitment to quality and sustainability.

  • Create and deliver engaging training content that highlights our coffee quality standards and manufacturing processes
  • Work with our Sales and Operations Team to develop strong relationships with customers and their barista crews
  • Support our marketing team in new product launches, recipe optimisation, and customer presentations
  • Develop and deliver training programs for coffee products, equipment, and sensory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Barista certification from an accredited training academy
  • Extensive experience with coffee equipment and knowledge of all forms of coffee and other beverages
  • Willingness to learn and become an expert on proprietary coffee machine equipment
  • Coffee sensory knowledge and ability to identify coffee tasting cues
