Senior Engineering Leadership Position

You will play a key role in our organization's success by leading the development and implementation of large-scale solutions. As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders to drive best practices in reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

We are seeking an expert in partnering with senior stakeholders and leading a culture of data-driven reliability, monitoring, and automation aligned to SRE principles. You should have deep experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications and systems, as well as a passion for managing and scaling distributed systems in a public, private, or hybrid cloud environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in software engineering and at least one programming language (e.g., Golang, Python)
  • Strong experience with modern software development practices using tools such as Git for source control and CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy
  • Public cloud experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive outcomes using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux internals, networking, containers, and troubleshooting
