Job Title: Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving results-oriented solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong technical skills, including Agile methodologies, risk management, and project scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science
