Our team is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Case Manager to join us in helping people get their lives back through ongoing support during their return-to-work journey.

We foster a culture of learning and professional growth, dedicated to continually investing in our employees. Our diverse team is based across NSW, with a Sydney CBD office.

This full-time position requires you to be on the road servicing your appointed area 4 days per week and working from home 1 day. You will cover areas including Wollongong down to Albury, providing face-to-face assistance to workers and employers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personalised assistance to workers and employers over a defined period
  • Providing workers compensation advice to stakeholders
  • Conducting community visits, inclusive of work sites or medical clinics
  • Pro-actively achieving the optimum outcome of recovery and early sustainable return to work for workers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven case management experience and ability to return people to the workforce
  • Knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and regulations
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Understanding of medical terminology and injury recovery timeframes
  • An owned vehicle with a 5-star ANCAP rating, insurance & current unrestricted NSW Driver's License
