The Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. As a Luxury Retail Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team driven to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage the team daily to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
  • Coach and inspire team members through training and development opportunities.
  • Create a customer-centric environment that delivers premium service throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practice across the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is desirable.
