Regional Materials Coordinator/Office Admin

Job Description: As a Regional Materials Coordinator/Office Admin, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team. You will be responsible for managing the order process from initial contact with customers to receiving payments.

  • Reception/Customer service
  • Managing the order process
  • Maintenance of records for auditing
  • Inventory management and stock supply received from suppliers
  • Traded goods purchase orders
  • Pallet Reconciliation
  • NCR process management
  • Site safety adherence and inspections

Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You should have strong administrative/coordination background and intermediate competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
