About the Role

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at George Mockler, Mona Vale. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with day-to-day tasks, including eating, social activities, and maintaining their independence
  • Work collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure care plans are implemented and residents' health and wellbeing are optimized
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe and inclusive environment
  • Provide exceptional service to families and the community
Requirements
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) and a willingness to continue professional development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
  • A kind and compassionate approach, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
