We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a group home setting. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personalized support in a group home setting, including assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
  • Building positive relationships with our clients
  • Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable

Requirements

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred
  • Live locally to the locations mentioned above
