**Your Skills and Attributes**:
To succeed In this position you will need to be an energetic and true people leader with a business-savvy and problem solving nature. In addition to this:

- Significant experience in the dental industry and perhaps have led a team in a previous position
- Current Cert III or Cert IV in Dental Assistance or equivalent knowledge
- An ability to lead, motivate and build relationships easily
- Strong communication and administration skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage patient feedback
- Willingness to provide additional support in the clinic where possible during busy periods
- A proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and a desire for excellence
