We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team of professionals working within a beautiful Montessori environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs and providing a nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a consistent approach to education.

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Montessori experience is preferred, however there is opportunity to complete a company-sponsored diploma through our associated training college
  • Working knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF), Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines (QKLG) and The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Current Blue Card or Exemption Card. Restricted persons need not apply
  • Registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or willing to obtain
  • Hold First Aid HLTAID012 & CPR or be willing to obtain within 3 months of commencement
