We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Beach Club Attendant at Lizard Island Resort. This role plays a key support function in the daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay
  • Manage schedules and prepare equipment for tours
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and activities
  • Communicate effectively with departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with beachside guest inductions and snorkel gear fittings

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of marine and island environments, coral reef systems, and local flora, fauna, and wildlife
  • Marine and dive industry knowledge
  • Certifications: Australian First Aid, CPR, Advanced Resuscitation, RSA, Long Range Operator Certificate, PADI or SSI Dive master/PADI instructor, AS 2299 diving medical certificate, PADI Diving Insurance, current PADI/SSI membership
