About the Role

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience in a similar fine dining role
  • A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry, including its culture, trends, and practices
  • The ability to work effectively with others, build positive working relationships, and foster a collaborative environment
  • A flexible and reliable approach to your working roster across a 7 day week rotation, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Holding a valid Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is essential
