Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Waterfront Dining Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patrons with food and beverage orders, inquiries, and complaints
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Taking orders and expediting food to tables
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for the hospitality industry, and be committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in cash handling
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of gaming machine regulations and operations
  • Understanding of food and beverage products and services
  • Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG)
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
