Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a team environment and have a strong attention to detail.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality service to guests in our dining areas. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring all guest needs are met with professionalism and warmth.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the Food and Beverage Attendant will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This includes cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all areas of the dining room are well-presented.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a positive and proactive attitude. They will also be well-groomed and presentable at all times, punctual and reliable, and able to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

  2. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality role preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  5. Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
  6. Flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  7. RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate preferred or willingness to obtain.
