The Opportunity

  • Lead high-profile data center projects, managing the design and execution of advanced electrical systems while ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Strategically develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address the unique needs of data centers, ensuring optimal performance in power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Represent our organization in client-facing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to both project success and long-term relationships.
  • Drive the growth and development of our electrical engineering practice, contributing to business development, project acquisition, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm in the data center space.

Requirements
  • Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering within a consulting environment, with a proven track record of leadership in large-scale, complex projects; a background in health, energy, and/or data centers is advantageous.
  • Strong technical expertise in the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of a business.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software and design tools relevant to Electrical Engineering.
