Overview

We need a Principal Technical Consultant to lead global teams and support multiple projects deploying ServiceNow-based solutions for Veracity clients worldwide.
As a Principal Technical Consultant, you will work directly with clients, analyze and plan business strategy, and advise on technology solutions. You will lead the team during client projects and oversee its daily operations, delivering outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities include needs assessments, configuring applications, integrating third-party apps, building and maintaining client relationships, training, ongoing support, and follow-up. You are technically strong and can align business requirements with people and process solutions in addition to technology.
You will provide leadership focus for both your team and the clients you support.
Responsibilities
Participation in client engagements, reporting to engagement managers
Strong experience in enterprise-level solution design, delivery, and stakeholder management
Engage with C-level stakeholders and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions
Lead and mentor teams, drive employee engagement, and manage performance
ServiceNow platform development
Experience with release/version upgrades including cloning and migrating data between instances
End-to-End development and complex workflows
Apply innovative technical solutions to business processes
Define and document procedures for processes and workflows
Work on multiple projects, occasionally as a project leader
Troubleshoot problems reported by users and communicate with management and project members
Investigate, document, and analyze client organizational processes
Maintain an effective client follow-up system for project progress and satisfaction
Gather, interpret, and present findings to team members and stakeholders
Contribute to the development of a strategic vision for product development and enhancements
Design and architecture solutions across appropriate platforms
Apply ITIL and ServiceNow knowledge to customer needs
Advise customers on industry best practices and process methodology
Analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test, and implement enterprise-wide systems
Maintain high customer satisfaction through high-quality, timely solutions
Continuous learning, training, and certification to increase ServiceNow knowledge
Manage and lead a team, communicate goals, safety practices, and deadlines
Assist management with hiring, training, and monitoring team performance
Basic requirements
5-9 years of professional experience
Expert ServiceNow knowledge
Comfortable with organizational leadership roles and aligning with company goals and values
Openness to travel
Tertiary education preferred
Professional qualifications and education requirements
Extensive ServiceNow project experience
Ability to work independently
Logical and systematic approach to analytical tasks
Willingness to invest time in knowledge and competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal)
Team leadership and project management skills
Embrace design thinking
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
