- 3+ years' experience as a business analyst in a similar industry.
- An agile mindset and passion for Agile ways of working.
- Experience working on large-scale and complex business environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically.
- Experience with modern delivery frameworks, including scrum, Kanban, lean, HCD, test automation, and others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience working with B2C/CRM systems and contact centre technology is desirable.
- Familiarity with contact centre operations is a plus.
