Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Allura Partners. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in integrating legacy applications to enhance our clients' systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and document system requirements and specifications.
  • Facilitate discussions to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of integrated systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Baseline Security Clearance is a requirement.
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong background in analyzing, designing, and documenting system requirements.
  • Experience with legacy application integration is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools and methodologies for requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
