IT Business Systems Analyst

FinXL is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our Business Systems Team, you will be responsible for providing business/systems analysis services and advice on complex issues relating to data platforms.
Responsibilities:- Developing and maintaining use case documents to align development for new systems.
- Creating and managing Epic and Jira Stories to ensure effective project delivery.
- Conducting journey walk-throughs and mapping stories to acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Documenting technical specifications and writing technical roadmaps from the as-is state to the to-be state.
- Communicating user stories and documenting changes as necessary.
- Translating complex business requirements into product requirements/user stories.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
