Job Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the admissions team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of applications across various programs.

  • Lead a team to guarantee timely, accurate, and efficient application processing across all program types and student cohorts (domestic and international)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic enrollment objectives and enhance the applicant experience
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage complex cases, and drive continuous improvement in admissions procedures

Essential Skills
  • A bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in managing administrative teams or functions
  • In-depth knowledge of admissions practices, policies, and compliance requirements within the higher education sector
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
