Bond University's Office of Future Students is responsible for elevating the university's global reputation and attracting students who value a premium education experience.
- This role ensures admissions operations align with the university's strategic goals and uphold its commitment to excellence and equity.
- Lead and manage the admissions team to process applications efficiently, accurately, and timely across all program types and student cohorts (domestic and international)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic enrolment goals and enhance the applicant experience
- Monitor performance metrics, manage complex cases, and drive continuous improvement in admissions processes
- Foster a high-performing team through training, guidance, and a strong focus on customer service excellence
- A degree and/or relevant experience in managing administrative teams or functions
- In-depth knowledge of admissions practices, policies, and compliance requirements within the higher education sector
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using data to drive improvements and inform decision-making
