Job Title: Patient Admissions Officer

We are seeking a professional and courteous Patient Admissions Officer to manage patient information, greet patients and visitors, and facilitate admission procedures.

About the Role:

  • Creating treatment plans and charts for clinics
  • Greeting patients and visitors at reception
  • Facilitating patient admissions and discharge procedures
  • Performing health fund checks and discussing costs with patients
  • Ensuring accurate collection of patient information
  • Scheduling appointments and ensuring wait room functions run smoothly

Requirements:

  • Degree in Administration or Medical Reception
  • 12 months relevant experience in a hospital or medical setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
