Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of In-House Service Technician. This position involves providing technical support on gaming machines onsite at one of our customer venues in the Canterbury area.

  • Complete preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on gaming equipment;
  • Install and remove gaming products;
  • Ensure electronic job system and paperwork is completed in real-time with 100% accuracy;
  • Provide technical and product information to customers to increase their knowledge;
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service;
  • Ensure all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
