Casual Venue Support Specialist

About This Role
  • Foster extensive experience in both technical and event coordination expertise.
  • Leverage advanced AV setups, network troubleshooting, and customer service excellence to drive results.
Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate events, including technical setups and equipment requirements, to meet client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have everything they need for their events.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate experience in coordinating multi-premise video-conferencing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Show sound knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP) and Windows operating systems to resolve complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills to deliver projects on time.
  • Display excellent communication skills to explain technical terms to non-technical individuals, promoting seamless collaboration.
