About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Controller to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our equipment fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures, as well as excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment is serviced, repaired, and maintained to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance audits to identify issues or potential hazards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and equipment service histories.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely availability of equipment for hire.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the equipment hire industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
