Fleet and Facilities Management Role
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating fleet logistics, managing facilities maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing support to the team with procurement of vehicle and facility-related supplies and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day administration of the company's fleet, including maintenance, inspections, registrations, and insurance
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests, inspections, and contractor visits
- Maintain accurate records and databases for fleet and facilities management
- Provide advice and troubleshooting support in relation to any ground equipment while in service or undergoing overhaul and/or modification
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong ability to build working relationships with all staff and clientele
- A commitment to operating procedures and values
- Well-developed communication skills in written, oral, and negotiation
- Proven experience in administration, ideally within fleet or facilities management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems
