The Customer Experience Professional plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to AutoGlass customers.
Deliver face-to-face customer service, greeting customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Ensure customers have the best experience within the Branch, answering inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
Support the manager and daily operations, effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times.
Undertake repair inspections on vehicles and explore customer needs, educating them on our full scope of services.
Issue invoices and raise job authorities as required, scheduling repair bookings and sourcing suitable resolutions to customer concerns.
About You:
Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with customers and colleagues.
A current driver's license is necessary for travel between locations.
Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers is critical.
Assist the Branch manager with administrative tasks as needed.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills are required to meet deadlines.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
