Job Overview

The Customer Experience Professional plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to AutoGlass customers.

  • Deliver face-to-face customer service, greeting customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.

  • Ensure customers have the best experience within the Branch, answering inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.

  • Support the manager and daily operations, effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times.

  • Undertake repair inspections on vehicles and explore customer needs, educating them on our full scope of services.

  • Issue invoices and raise job authorities as required, scheduling repair bookings and sourcing suitable resolutions to customer concerns.

About You:

  • Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with customers and colleagues.

  • A current driver's license is necessary for travel between locations.

  • Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers is critical.

  • Assist the Branch manager with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills are required to meet deadlines.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
