Caring Family Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with high-risk families, providing intensive wraparound case management services to promote strong and self-sufficient family units.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best outcomes for children and families.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in social work, psychology or a related field, and have considerable experience working within the child, youth and family welfare sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver intensive support services to families in need
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide individualized support to families
- Relevant qualifications and experience working with vulnerable populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
