Job Overview

We seek an experienced Data Analyst to lead our data-driven initiatives and provide actionable insights that drive business growth.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain data solutions, including core tables, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and research to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic growth.
  • Create data visualizations to communicate complex results and facilitate informed decision-making.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a quantitative field.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related major (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics).
  • Expert-level SQL skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong business acumen and adaptability, with a willingness to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Superset or Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of Python programming and statistics.
  • Domain expertise in a relevant area, such as financial services, business analytics, or product management.
Bonus Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business contexts.
