We are seeking a skilled Automotive Specialist to join our Specialised Vehicle Manufacturing Division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in installing Aftermarket Vehicle Accessories, fabricating Custom Made Brackets for vehicles and laying Automotive Grade Carpet.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of vehicle types, including wheelchair accessible vehicles, motorhomes and trade fit out vans.

You will be working closely with our Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to deliver high quality products to our customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Installing and removing internal fixtures such as head linings, plastic trims and fabricating custom made brackets for vehicles.
  • Laying automotive grade carpet and ensuring a high standard of finish.
  • Working with engineers and managers to design and manufacture bespoke vehicle solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Your qualifications and experience should include:

  • Experience in wheelchair accessible vehicle or mobility device modification industry.
  • Experience fabricating customized brackets for fittings.
  • Experience in specialized vehicle manufacturing (fire trucks, motorhomes, trade fit out vans).
  • Experience in van conversions or coach building.
