Vehicle Service Technician Role

This role is focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers by performing vehicle repairs, maintenance, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The primary responsibility of this position is to inspect, diagnose, and repair or replace vehicle parts as needed. This includes maintaining accurate records of all work performed, communicating effectively with customers, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

In addition to technical skills, this role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Perform routine inspections and diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues;
  • Conduct repairs and replacements using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment;
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours;
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions;
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless operations;
