Senior Civil Designer Opportunity

As a Senior Civil Designer, you will play a key role in delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects. You will work on conceptual and detailed designs using 12D, interpreting civil design requirements of various stakeholders, and interacting with clients regarding project needs.

About the Role:

  • Prepare high-quality designs for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.
  • Interface with disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive designs for urban and land subdivision projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in land, urban, and subdivisions.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications.
  • Proficiency in 12D software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
