About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of property and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Leadership

  • Leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple projects
  • Managing time, cost, and quality outcomes

Team Management

  • Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Administering consultant and construction contracts

Communication

  • Preparing project reports and governance documentation
  • Supporting tenders and business development activities

This is a full-time role in Wollongong.

Requirements

You will ideally bring:

Leadership Qualities

  • A confident and detail-oriented approach
  • The ability to mentor others

Professional Experience

  • 4+ years of experience for Project Manager applicants, and 7+ years for Senior Project Manager applicants

Education

  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

Additional Skills

  • Strong background in design management and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Other Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
