Retail Store Associate

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a well-organized store environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be an active and motivated individual who is eager to learn about various products to provide in-store service.
- Deliver excellent customer service by being approachable and having a can-do attitude.
- Assist with retail functions, including sales transactions, restocking and merchandising, tidying, packing, cleaning, and answering phone calls.
- Be willing to learn our POS system through in-store training and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Ensure the security and integrity of in-store transactions and assets.
- Be flexible and available to work during peak times, such as back-to-school periods.
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Full training on our in-store systems, including POS, Stocktake, and Click & Collect.
- Opportunities for advancement in our growing retail network.
- A casual role with no nights, Sundays, or public holidays.
