Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a sales associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and competitor offerings.
  • Develop and execute visually appealing store displays and window presentations that drive sales and engage customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, receive shipments, and process returns in accordance with company procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
