Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Pacific Fair. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and provide product recommendations that meet their needs.
  • Welcome customers and create a personalized shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate products and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support store teams in meeting customer needs, processing sales, and maintaining stock levels.
About the Role

This is a seasonal position, requiring flexibility throughout October – February, including late-night and weekend trading hours. No prior retail experience is necessary, but an interest in learning product knowledge is essential.
