As a Family Support Practitioner, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work with families in their homes and communities. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Working with families to understand their unique needs and develop personalized support plans.
  • Providing intensive family support tailored to the needs of children, young people, and their families.
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions, including parenting strategies and practical life skills coaching.
  • Supporting families to access community resources, education, and employment pathways.
  • Conducting home visits and engaging in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes.
